Hooray for the winner--and contests with prizes from your marvelous shop! I remember it was a contest you were having with Erynne (I think it was) now of Red House where she was offering a gift cert. and you generously increased the amount that convinced me to try ordering from you. I'd been burned a lot by online merchants, and had all but resigned myself to using an disagreeable and not wholly reliable LNS--but then when I saw that giveaway I thought, "I really should try them. If she's generous enough to help a customer offer a bigger prize, how can she be one of those bad shops that offer service so terrible it makes you wonder why they *hate* their customers." When I saw that I wouldn't have to wade through and wrestle to submission a janky cart system, but could email you directly to request an order, I actually got excited. (As a longtime Amazon customer, I have high standards for the intuitiveness of carts/checkouts online).
